Natasha Barantseva is one of the Founding Partners of Andes Impact Partners. Previously serving as the Regional Director for Latin America at Grassroots Business Fund (GBF), Natasha was a founding member of GBF, actively involved in the structuring of Grassroots Business Investors Fund I, a global mezzanine impact investment fund launched in 2011. Following then, Natasha led GBF´s investment operations in Latin America for 9 years. Before her tenure at GBF, Natasha held the position of Transaction Leader at the International Finance Corporation (IFC).

Natasha holds a BA in economics with a specialization in management and marketing from the International University in Moscow, Russia. She also holds an MA in liberal arts with a concentration in Latin American Studies from Dartmouth College, and an MBA from McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University.
