Andes Impact Partners currently manages Andes Plus Fund I LP (APF-I). This fund invests in gender-equitable high-impact/inclusive Small and Mid-size Enterprises (SMEs) in Peru and Colombia that through their core business operations generate quality jobs and sustainable incomes or cost savings for under-served communities, engaging them in the value chain as workers, suppliers, distributors, or consumers.

We believe that providing appropriately structured capital and business support to companies that create sustainable economic opportunities for people from under-served communities, including large numbers of women, ultimately leads to significant improvements in their livelihoods, leads to reduced poverty and inequality, and to a more inclusive socio-economic development of their communities.

APF-I is committed to investing in companies that are environmentally and socially responsible, and are interested in working with APF-I to improve these areas where necessary.

This strategy supports the following Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs):

1 - No Poverty
5 - Gender Equality
8 - Decent Work and Economic Growth
10 - Reduced Inequalities
